Clarity

Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of Clarity (the “Platform”), which connects clients with consultants and experts for paid one-to-one sessions. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Clarity. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Roles

Clients book and pay for sessions; consultants offer their time and expertise. Anyone signed in may book, but being bookable requires an approved, completed consultant profile with a set rate.

3. Bookings & sessions

Booking a session reserves the consultant’s time at the chosen slot. Sessions take place in the private session thread on the Platform. The consultant ends the live session, after which a 48-hour follow-up window remains open for messages before the thread becomes read-only.

4. Payments

Consultants set their rate, which is shown before you book; the price is the rate pro-rated by session length, in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Payment is taken upfront and processed by our payment provider, Polar, acting as merchant of record. Clarity does not store your full card details.

5. Cancellations, no-shows & refunds

You may cancel before a session starts for a full refund. After it starts, cancelling settles as a no-show: a client no-show forfeits payment, while a consultant no-show is refunded to the client. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take time to appear.

6. Consultant obligations

Consultants are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, their availability, the lawfulness and quality of the guidance they provide, and any taxes due on their earnings. Guidance is the consultant’s own and is not endorsed or verified by Clarity.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, harass or harm other users, post unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content, attempt to circumvent payment, or solicit users to transact off-platform.

8. Reviews

Clients may review sessions that have taken place. Reviews must be honest and lawful. We may remove reviews or content that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform and its content are owned by Clarity or its licensors. You retain rights to the content you submit and grant Clarity a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. Consultants are independent and not employees or agents of Clarity. Clarity is not a party to any session and does not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Platform or its users.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to its competent courts.
